Hej, Waking up in the morning, the first sounds that comes to me are birds singing. Starting the day with a feeling of hope, relaxation and happiness. Nature has never been that closed to me until a few years ago. I lived in a big and busy city before, with not much natural environment around, but that has changed now. Now I am surrounded by birds, my two lovely kitties, insects, hedgehawks , forests...... I would love to learn more about the dependencies in nature and how things complement each other, and to be humble in a 13.7 billion years old Universe. My growing heart for nature reflects in my work. For me, clay is the most natural media to work with. I love the old Mexican cultures where they are respectful of their land. They only pick what they need and they thank the land for giving them clay to make pottery. Respect of nature is the center of clay work and it is a connection with nature to me. I am a self learned, and still learning in ceramics. I feel very calm and peaceful when I am molding a piece of clay in my hands. I hope that you can feel the way nature inspires and intertwine with my ideas in my work, and that you will fell happy looking at it. Like hearing the sound of birds in the morning.
